This is a workshop studio for two artists at the rear of their property, that sits at the base of a beautifully landscaped hill. The lower studio is to be used as a workshop for woodworking and art assembly. A large sliding door at the side of the workshop opens to a shaded lawn area with an outdoor work area. The upper studio, for writing and sketching, has large shaded windows that look out to the hillside garden. Exterior materials are western red cedar, concrete and aluminum framed windows. The floor area and slope of the roof all conform to the planning code restrictions.
