California Designers & Abet Laminati. A prototype desk commissioned to celebrate the anniversary of a gallery showroom. Promoted in conjunction with Abet Laminati, the design was to incorporate the Italian laminates. A slender closed box on an aluminum frame opens to reveal a fold out desk and storage. A quiet sculptural form transforms into a functional workspace.
